PXG071-D carbon gravel frame comes with 25mm offset seat post, providing better comfort ability for long distance cycling.
Top tube shaved off at the position near seat tube, which helps to reduce vibration and result in better comfortability. 

Comfortable Geometry

PXG071-D carbon gravel frame is with slacker headtube angle (71-72°), longer Reach, higher BB Height and increased fork rake compared to traditional gravel frame. All of them provide rider more comfortable riding gesture while staying in control even in rough off-road terrain.

Smart Mounts

Our gravel bike carbon frames are designed with rack mount and fender mount. For security, the rack mount on rear is for luggage only, not recommended for little children.

Mudguard/Fender is one of the best accessories you can add to your gravel bike frame which helps you against to dusty ground.
A: For rack mount

    max load on rear=25kg

    max load on fork(each side)=3kg

Fork Options

The default carbon gravel fork comes with 3 rivets on both sides of fork leg. Considering some riders do not plan to put small luggage or bottles on fork leg (would affect handling), there is also the other option for this gravel fork, that is, no rivet hole on either side. If you prefer to have forks with no rivet holes, please let us know when placing orders.

Seatpost Options

PXG071-D Gravel frame will come with seat post SP02(25mm offset) by default. If update to SP03(15mm offset), the extra charge is US$10, and please mention that you need seat post SP03 when placing orders.

Full Hidden Cable Design With Handlebar

There is no doubt that full internal cable routing looks rather pretty. PXG071-D gravel carbon frame is with full hidden cable routing design(cable enter frame from under integrated handlebar). Perfect combination of professional geometry and full internal cable routing design. This design looks really nice and clean after whole bike assembled.

Notes for 42T Sprocket

If you install cassette larger than 42T(such as 11-44T, 11-46T, etc), you need install a additional hanger as left image show(2.3cm*4.5cm). We also provide this hanger and please let us know when placing order for this gravel frame.

Latex 3D Mandrel Technology

In the production of our gravel carbon frames, newest one-piece latex 3D mandrel and moulding technology are used.
Such technology helps to optimize the orthodromic and strength of carbon fiber, and avoid wrinkle inside (wrinkle is a key factor that may cause crack). Even using same material, the strength is improved 30%. 
To achieve same strength, tradition method requires thickness 1mm-1.2mm, while such new technology only requires 0.5mm-0.8mm thickness. Thus, we are able to make the frame about 15% lighter, given strength unchanged.
The left picture shows frame made with tradition technology and new 3D latex technology. For tradition method, it is with many wrinkle and bubble inside(picture A). For 3D latex mandrel which is smooth inside, no wrinkle or bubble(picture B).
