ProX Gravel Carbon Frame with Micro Suspension Pivot Design
Gravel bikes have gained popularity in recent years due to their versatility and ability to handle a variety of terrains. The newest gravel bike frame is with supremely comfortable over long distances. This frame permits to run tyres up to 53mm wide to boost the bike’s already comfortable ride on rough terrain. Whether you are passing through deep sand, slick mud, rocks, gravel and tarmac, it has immense composure to handle challenges. The one of the main features for this frame is with Micro-suspension pivot, but without rear shock. Once assembling the bike and ride it, you will feel the wonderful difference from the ordinary hardtail MTB frame.
The default finish of carbon frame we make is black matte or glossy. In addition, customized logo and color painting is acceptable. So you can get this gravel bike frame as what you like!
What is in your parcel? It includes a frame, a seat clamp, a fork, a seat post, an integrated handlebar, a headset, a set of spacers and a pair of thru-axle(front+rear) and a small bag for storage room.
The carbon gravel frameset is priced from USD 585/set.
Micro Suspension Pivot System
*Micro suspension pivot system incorporates a through-axle in the seat tube of the frame, connecting seat tube and seat stay (and there is a bearing on each side of the axle). Combined with the inherent flexibility of carbon fiber material, this design allows the rear triangle and seatpost area to undergo controlled elastic deformation in both vertical and horizontal directions during riding. As a result, this system provides approximately 20mm of suspension travel, enhancing rear wheel traction and overall riding comfort.

Special Design On Top Tube
The top tube of the frame is narrowed near the junction with the seat tube, effectively reducing vibration transmission to the seat post, improving riding comfort. Furthermore, when you need to carry bike on your shoulder, this shape also reduces pressure on your shoulder, making it more comfortable to carry and run with the bike.
Storage Room
Downtube storage space is a savior for sundries. Keys? Energy gel? Spare inner tube? Or portable tools? PXG074-D wants to give them a "home". The storage space is a solution for high-intensity outdoor long-distance riding. The goal is to solve the problem of placing some sundries that are necessary for outdoor riding. We took advantage of the large space of the down tube and designed a storage system that can accommodate 2 pcs of 200 ml storage bags. The specific lid is also designed with standard hole for bottle cage. So, in addition to storage space, bottle cage can also be installed same as common bikes.
Smart Mounts
ProX Carbon gravel bike carbon frame comes with multiple mounting mounts, including fender mounts, rack mounts and bottle cage mounts. This allows additional accessories, such as fenders for wet weather protection and water bottle cages for long time rides. The postions of mounts are as shown in the left.
Fork Options
The default carbon gravel fork comes with 3 rivets on both sides of fork leg. Considering some riders do not plan to put small luggage or bottles on fork leg (would affect handling), there is also the other option for this gravel fork, that is, no rivet hole on either side. If you prefer to have forks with no rivet holes, please let us know when placing orders.
Full Hidden Cable Design With Handlebar
There is no doubt that full internal cable routing looks rather pretty. PXG074-D gravel carbon frame is with full hidden cable routing design(cable enter frame from under integrated handlebar). Perfect combination of professional geometry and full internal cable routing design. This design looks really nice and clean after whole bike assembled.

UDH Hanger
The UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) creates a single hanger design that works on any bike for any derailleur generally. It'll also ensure perfect alignment during installation, so gear set up and shifting should be easier and crisper. What's more, if the chain jams, the hanger pivots backwards protecting the mech from being damaged. Besides, if you ever need replacement, it can be easily got since it is standard.
BB Option For T47 Bottom Bracket
More and more new carbon frames are designed with T47 bottom bracket, including those big brand carbon bike frames. There are mainly two popular types of BB for T47: Inner diamater 24mm for Shimano standard crank, and Inner diameter 29mm/30mm for SRAM standard crank.
Latex 3D Mandrel Technology
In the production of our gravel carbon frames, newest one-piece latex 3D mandrel and moulding technology are used.
B: Rear disc brake cable routing
To make it more convenient for our customers, we offer the BB as optional part that can be purchased from us together. If you want to buy BB from us together with PXG074-D frame, please let us know when placing frame order.
Such technology helps to optimize the orthodromic and strength of carbon fiber, and avoid wrinkle inside (wrinkle is a key factor that may cause crack). Even using same material, the strength is improved 30%.
To achieve same strength, tradition method requires thickness 1mm-1.2mm, while such new technology only requires 0.5mm-0.8mm thickness. Thus, we are able to make the frame about 15% lighter, given strength unchanged.
For 3D latex mandrel, it is smooth inside, no wrinkle or bubble as shown in the left pictures.
