ProX Warranty Policy ProX operates under a strict production management system supported by comprehensive quality control (QC) and testing procedures. As a result, our carbon rims and wheelsets maintain a consistently high level of quality and reliability. Due to the nature of carbon manufacturing, which involves multiple hand-built processes, minor defects may occasionally occur. In rare cases, issues may appear after a period of use due to human factors during production. In case any issues found in your product, please feel free to contact the original sales representative you purchased from. This ensures faster order identification and efficient issue handling. 1. Warranty Coverage All ProX carbon rims and carbon wheels are covered by a 2-Year Warranty (starting from the date the package is signed and received). This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal riding conditions. 2. Delivery Inspection Guidelines If packaging is visibly damaged: take photos before opening and inspect carefully a) If product is not damaged: sign for the package b) If product is damaged: record it on delivery slip, take photos, and report to ProX within 3 days (from the date of receipt) 3. Warranty Solutions Replacement Return or Exchange (Swap) Refund 4. Replacement Policy 4.1 Defects Upon Receipt If defects are found upon delivery, submit the following within 3 days (from the date of receipt): Full product photos Close-up images of the defect Visible serial number ProX will evaluate and provide either a replacement or compensation for minor cosmetic issues. 4.2 Defects After Use Within 6 months: free replacement + ProX covers shipping 6–24 months: free replacement, buyer covers shipping Discontinued models: alternative solution will be provided 5. Warranty Exclusions A. Improper Use or Maintenance Incorrect assembly or servicing Maintenance by unauthorized technicians Recommended Hub Maintenance: Standard: every 1,000–1,500 km or 3–6 months Harsh conditions: every 500 km or monthly Clean after wet or muddy rides B. Incompatible Components Use of parts, tires, or accessories not intended or compatible with ProX products. C. External Damage Damage caused by crashes, misuse, heat exposure, or non-compliant usage. D. Spoke Compatibility Supported: double-butted 2.0 / 1.8 / 2.0 mm spokes Not allowed: 2.0 mm straight gauge spokes (voids warranty) E. Third-Party Wheel Building Spoke, nipple, or build issues if wheels are not assembled by ProX. F. Wear and Tear Normal wear items are not covered: spokes, nipples, pawls, bearings, rim tape, etc. 6. Return or Exchange Policy If the products you receive do not match your order (based on the confirmed Proforma Invoice), please do not use the product. Take clear photos of the product and the serial number, and contact your sales representative as soon as possible. LightCarbon will review your order details and work with you to determine an appropriate solution. If a return or refund is approved, it will be subject to the following conditions: a) Any inconsistency must be reported within 3 days after the package is signed for. The product must remain unused until further confirmation from LightCarbon. b) Returned products must be brand new, unused, and in resalable condition, and must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping. c) Before shipping any return, you must confirm the shipping address, courier, and declared value with LightCarbon. Failure to do so may result in customs clearance issues, additional costs, and delays in the refund process. d) Once the returned products are received and inspected in good condition, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. 7. Refund Policy Refund requests must be made within 3 days of payment. Orders not yet produced or shipped are eligible for a fast refund process.
