Considering the cost of DT Swiss hubs increases quickly, and lead time is getting longer and longer, ProX has developed our own mould disc brake hubs (called 97DB).
ProX 97DB road disc brake hubs are designed with 6-pawl freehub system, featuring regular steel bearings. New and improved design of adding the springs to the pawl freehub system which increases efficiency and resilience when pedaling. In that case, the friction is reduced and that can contribute more energy to the wheels.
On sale ProX 97DB road disc brake carbon wheelset will be built with 26mm outer (19mm inner) width carbon rims. For such 26mm wide road carbon clincher rim, the optimized aerodynamics tire size is 700*25C and 700*28C. If you plan to use even wider tires, it works as well.

ProX Carbon had taken it to the next new level in terms of rim finish. Non-paint (paintless) finish become one of the choices. They feature the latest manufacturing technology and are the completed product when come out of rim molds directly, eliminating the need for coating or painting. Such carbon rims are of better scratch resistant, near flawless look and visible original carbon fiber weave. Non-paint looks more premium to match the carbon bike than the matte finish.
