Carbon Fiber Material

Premium Toray T700 + T800 carbon fiber are used in our carbon rims. 

Combining with stable resin system to make consistent quality and light weight carbon fiber bike rims.

Light Weight

By using well designed lay-up structure, mixing Toray T700 and T800 carbon prepreg, light weight carbon rims are created.

Excessive materials are eliminated to save weight, while extra materials are added around spoke hole for reinforcement.

So, light weight is achieved without compromise in strength or stiffness.

Wide Inner Width

Relatively wide 23mm inner width, make it possible to fit multiple sizes of tire.

Normally road tire size 700x30C are recommended (also fit other wider tires).

Aero U Shape

Wide U Shape carbon road rims are more aerodynamic than traditional V Shape carbon road rims. 

It is also of better stiffness and strength. 

Tubeless Ready

Tubeless tire is getting popular in road bicycle wheels thanks to its better traction, lower rolling resistance and better riding comfort.

All our carbon clincher rims are tubeless ready (also fit normal tube tires).

Optimized anti-burp bump design provides easy tire mounting, dismounting, as well as air inflation. 

Road Disc Brake

Road disc brake provides more sensitive and precise braking performance than rim brake.

Carbon fiber road bike rims designed specifically for disc brake use, no brake track. No “burning rim” worries during braking.

Specific carbon prepreg lay-up design for disc brake rims, longer durability and lighter weight.

Hand Built

All our bicycle carbon wheels are hand built by experienced mechanician.

Based on customers’ demand, various choice of hubs, spokes and nipples are optional.

After wheel built, they are trued precisely at high standard (≤0.3mm) on roundness, lateral and center tolerance.

ProX C53DB Disc Hubs

ProX own mould C53DB road hubs are used. High quality hubs with moderate price.

C53DB road disc brake hubs are designed with ratchet 54T freehub system, and with ceramic bearings inside.

Such hubs can also be etched with your customized logo.

12*100/12*142 thru-axle, with Shimano HG, MSR, SRAM XDR or Campagnolo N3W cassette body.

Sapim Spokes

High end Sapim CX-Ray spokes, one of the best spokes available in the market. 

Sapim CX-Ray spoke is the best combination of light weight, strength, flexibility, and it results in best fatigue testing. 

It is widely used in many disc brake road wheels of those top brands all over the world.
