Considering the price of DT Swiss hubs increases quickly, and lead time is getting longer and longer, ProX has developed our own mould disc brake hubs (called C52DB).
Reliable quality hubs made by well-known Taiwan hub manufacturer.
ProX C52DB road disc brake hubs feature ceramic bearings by TPI brand and only 344~355g/pair with different freehub body. Hubs are designed with Ratchet 36T freehub system which improves power transfer efficiency, combining with ceramic bearings, the rolling resistance is minimized. Such hubs help you to shorten acceleration time and save energy. Ceramic bearings are smoother, rounder and with more uniform size. In that case, the friction is reduced and that can contribute more energy to the wheels. Ceramic bearing is also harder than steel bearings (up to 30%), which improves durability, and they also don’t rust for less maintenance.
In addition, C52DB hubs can be made with your customized logo (either etch logo or make stickers). So it will become your own brand hubs!

All of the carbon bike rims will feature angled spoke holes, which will better align the spokes with hub flanges, and decrease the amount of spoke bend required when building.
ProX provides two width option for our C52DB disc brake carbon road bike wheels. That is, 23mm inner width carbon clincher rims, and 21mm inner width carbon rims clincher.
The 23mm inner width rim series (model PRD923) is with 28.5mm outer (23mm inner) width.
For such wide road rims, the optimized aerodynamics tire size is 700*30C. If you plan to use 30C (or wider) tire, PRD923 rim series is recommended.
The 28mm width rim series (model PRD28) is with 28mm outer (21mm inner) width, and common symmetric design.
For such wide road rims, the optimized aerodynamics tire size is 700*28C. If you plan to use 28C tire, PRD28 rim series is recommended.
