ProX C69DB is an ultra‑light carbon road disc wheelset built for fast‑paced road riding. Equipped with high‑performance C69DB hubs and titanium spoke caps, it features unique T‑head spoke design for reliable long‑term performance. We combine lightweight carbon rim construction with premium hub internals to deliver responsive acceleration, solid lateral rigidity and dependable durability for your road adventures.

HUBS:

The C69DB hub is manufactured by a well‑known Taiwan‑based hub maker, delivering consistent, dependable quality. It adopts a straight‑pull spoke configuration.
It uses 20 holes (1:1 lacing ratio) for the front hub and 24 holes (2:1 lacing ratio) for the rear hub. The front‑wheel 20‑hole layout keeps the front hub lightweight while maintaining sufficient lateral rigidity. The rear 24‑hole with 2:1 lacing ratio optimizes strength balance between drive‑side and non‑drive‑side, counteracting higher torque loads from rear power input. High‑flange construction further elevates lateral stiffness for sharper handling. The hub features a DT Swiss‑style 54‑T ratchet freehub for snappy engagement and efficient power transmission.

*T‑Head Spoke Hole Design
Our C69DB hub adopts exclusive T‑head spoke hole. The T‑shaped recessed pockets on the hub flanges perfectly match the profile of T‑head spoke ends, allowing the spoke head to sit fully and flush inside the hub hole without partial floating or offset positioning.
On conventional straight‑pull hubs, vibration from rough road surfaces can gradually make spokes shift within mounting holes, resulting in spoke loosening, uneven tension and even premature wheel failure. Thanks to this precise T‑head interlocking fit, the spoke head is locked firmly in place. This design not only minimizes the risk of spokes loosening, it also helps maintain consistent wheel trueness, reduces frequent re‑truing maintenance, and improves the overall reliability and service life of the complete wheelset.

*Enduro Bearings

Enduro’s precision‑manufactured bearing components feature tight tolerance control and high‑quality sealing structures. The effective seals block road grime, dust, spray and moisture from infiltrating the bearing interior — critical protection for road hubs exposed to wet weather and gritty spring‑autumn road conditions. Lower friction, less heat and superior sealing collectively extend bearing service life. You will enjoy consistently smooth hub performance for more miles, with fewer service intervals and less bearing‑replacement maintenance. 

SPOKES:

The unique full carbon spoke is customized which is 3.2mm wide aero bladed by default. Such carbon spokes (model CT3) is lighter but stronger than regular steel spokes. The carbon spokes look similar as regular spoke, except for the carbon fiber material and ultra light weight. The weight of CT3 carbon spoke (with titanium spoke head) with titanium nipple is only around 2.3g, which is about 2.7g lighter than well-known Sapim CX-Ray spoke with nipple. C69DB wheels is allowed to update to with wider carbon spokes(5.5mm width). From wider carbon spoke, it gets more aerodynamic. More than anything, the carbon spoke provides both higher stiffness and better fatigue life compared to the traditional steel spokes. The max spoke tension of the carbon spoke is 528kgf according to our in-lab test, which is much higher than regular steel spokes (typically under 400kgf).

Please note: Due to the special wheel building tools needed for carbon spoke wheel building, as well as bigger nipple size (around 7mm diameter head, which is larger than Presta valve hole diameter 6.5mm), nipple can not be put into the rim through valve hole. It means No-External-Hole rim can not be built with carbon spokes (which comes with bigger nipple head). Thus, tubeless rim tape is a must if you intend to use tubeless tires. If you prefer No-External-Hole wheels, please choose our other carbon wheels (regular steel spokes).
