ProX C67DB Disc Brake Carbon Road Undulating Wheels - Super Light Carbon Spoke Road Wheels

Since launching our C66DB an 61DB wheels with Carbon Spoke, we've received lots of inquires about them. Now we add the new C67DB hub to enrich this series and provide more options to meet the growing demand. The carbon spokes used on these different series of full carbon spoke wheelset are the same, and they are just different in hubs. 

The C67DB hub is made by well-known Taiwan hub manufacturer and with the reliable quality as usual. It is with straight pull spoke system and 2:1 spoke ratio (14:7) for both front and rear wheel. 2:1 spoke ratio provides better strength balance between non-drive side and drive side. Hubs are with high flanges for better lateral stiffness and handling performance. The weight of hub is only 333g/pair which is light weight. Hubs are designed with DT swiss style Ratchet 36T freehub system which improves power transfer efficiency, combining with ceramic bearings, the rolling resistance is minimized. Such hubs help you to shorten acceleration time and save energy. 

The unique full carbon spoke (only 2.9g/pc!) is customized which is 3.1mm wide aero bladed. Such carbon spokes (model CS1) is lighter but stronger than regular steel spokes. The carbon spokes look similar as regular spoke, except for the carbon fiber material and ultra light weight. The weight of our CS1 carbon spoke plus specific aluminum nipple is only 3.2g, which is about 1.8g lighter than well-known Sapim CX-Ray spoke with nipple. More than anything, the carbon spoke provides both higher stiffness and better fatigue life compared to the traditional steel spokes. The max spoke tension of the carbon spoke is 528kgf according to our in-lab test, which is much higher than regular steel spokes (typically under 400kgf).

The hubs are designed with thread on end caps, which makes the connection between hub body and end caps much more stable. 
Please use two hex wrenches(M12) when screwing/unscrewing the caps from hub (the picture of tool is also showed below).

For 26mm wide Undulating Road Disc series rim, it is in two depth option of 45/50mm and 53/58mm. For 28mm wide rim, the varied rim depth option is 30/35mm, 45/50mm and 60/65mm .This design is for better aero performance and crosswind stability. It allow the riders to handle the bike better especially in the wind. The rim has a hook bead design and is tubeless compatible. Tubeless tires can make a good performance at lower tire pressure for reduced rolling resistance and contribute to all out speed.
Standard weight version (without "SL") carbon rim is made from Toray T700 carbon fiber which is the basis to make high strength bike carbon rims. The max rider weight limit is 120kg/265lb.
Super light weight version (with "SL") carbon rim is made from premium Toray T800 carbon fiber to achieve super light weight, which is more suitable for lighter weight riders (max weight limit 100kg/220lb). 
Such new undulating rim depth carbon rims help to minimize wind drag and improve stability in crosswinds obviously. It will bring you a faster and more confident riding experience.
ProX decal/logo is offered for free as showed in ProX decal page. The decal will be applied on the rim and do the matte or glossy finish according to customers' preference. You can choose either with such gold ProX decal or simply without decal (UD black matte or UD black glossy finish).

In addition, there are two finish options for C67DB hubs-matte and glossy, which can be made with your customized logo (either etch logo or make stickers). So it will become your own brand hubs!
